WELCOME to CLASS!

Hello champs!!!  We miss you all terribly, this is not at all how we imagined spending our Spring!!!!! But you are each strong, disciplined fighters and we look forward to using this time to focus on three main goals: increased flexibility, improved feet, maintain strength/stamina.  Follow the daily plan below to improve these areas!  Let's get those splits AS A TEAM!

DRILLS FOR BETTER SKILLS

Treble combos should be drilled just as they are in class but you are in charge! Get the most out of your turnout and crossing that you can.  Focus on your corrections and you will make fast improvement!

ZOOM classes in small groups will be starting, we can't wait to see you all again!
